【摘要】甘肃省贫困面积广、贫困程度深。保证贫困地区收入稳定、持续增长对本地区社会主义新农村建设具有非常重要的意义。在对甘肃省贫困地区农民收入的现状和特征研究的基础上，分析了其收入低、增收困难的原因，并根据当地的特点提出了增加农民收入、促进新农村建设的建议。

【Abstract】 There were a lot of povertystricken areas in Gansu Province,and the degree of poverty was highEnsuring the income stably and successively increase had important significance in the new countryside construction in poverty region.On the basis of researches of the status and characters of peasants income in Gansu，the reasons of low income and difficulty of increasing income were analyzed，and some suggestions of increasing peasants income and promoting the new countryside construction were put forward.
