【Abstract】
The main technical obstacles restricted the development of modern agricultural in Jiangsu Province were analyzed，according to the food security，high efficient protected horticulture，breeding in scale of livestock and poultry，circular agriculture，agricultural products processing and extension of agricultural function.The emphases of scientific and technological innovation were proposed for the next step.
