【摘要】1-甲基环丙烯（1-MCP）是一种新型的乙烯抑制剂，能有效抑制内源和外源乙烯对植物的作用，抑制乙烯释放量和呼吸强度，调节果实成熟与衰老相关基因的表达，延缓果实衰老，延长货架寿命，对果实的营养成分和风味物质也产生影响。综述了1-MCP的作用机理、应用现状和最新研究进展。

【Abstract】 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) is a new ethylene inhibitor，which inhibits effectively the action of endogenous or exogenous ethylene on plants and ethylene release and respiration rate on many fruits，regulates the expression of gene related to maturation and ripening of fruits，delays fruits senescence，prolongs shelflife，affects nourishmentcomposition and flavor compounds of fruitsThe mechanism，application status and prospect of 1-MCP are reviewed.
