摘要1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)是一种新型的乙烯抑制剂,能有效抑制内源和外源乙烯对植物的作用,抑制乙烯释放量和呼吸强度,调节果实成熟与衰老相关基因的表达,延缓果实衰老,延长货架寿命,对果实的营养成分和风味物质也产生影响。综述了1-MCP的作用机理、应用现状和最新研究进展。
